hello,

i have translated a bok forum english to dutch.
to send this book to teh publisher i need to put all of the chapters in ONE word ducument.

i have been trying to put all of the chapters of my new translated book into one word ducument. it went well for some time but half way word begins to change the documents dramatically. it drives me wild! Word changes text form normal to fat, from cursive to strait letters, from centered to not centered and vice versa.



what must i do to prevent this form happening?

Hi Marja,

Highlight all of the text and change the font to meet your requirements all at once.
If , for example, there are headings that are a different font size (or other attribute) you can highlight the first heading and then use the control key for each non-adjacent highlight, then change the attributes to meet your needs (release the control key between each non-adjacent heading being highlighted and after all headings are highlighted before making the attribute change).
