Red face Word Form / VBA Solution for Formatted Document

I need to design a form that will place certain parts of a document at specific places with specific indentation, font etc. This is needed for official correspondence letters issued from our offices.

The letters have a salutation, subject, body and signature among other elements.

Can this be done using a Word form? Or do I have to use coding?

In addition, I need to have some way of saving the documents in an easily retrievable form (I thought of using a database engine).
We need to be able to retrieve documents based on keywords, salutation content, subject content, etc.

Thank you in advance.
