Windows 7 64bit can't draw a line in table that is continuing on multiple paper sheets

If you want to insert new rows, they can only be inserted above or below an existing row. With a one-row table, that necessarily means everything before or after the new row(s) will be on the 'other' row. Having inserted a new row, though, you can drag (or cut & paste) content from one row to the other.
