Default Question about setting up a project if you work with 2 shifts

How do I make a project schedule when we work with 2 shifts in a day?

What do I have to do??
• Do I have to put in the Project settings that we have a working week of 80 hours with working days of 8 hours
• Or do I have to make 2 calendars (morning and evening) with working hours from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.?

• Or should I use both options??
• Or …….

What is the standard solution for this?
Thanks in advance for thinking along ☺️
