Ressources on Parallel Tasks
Hello Guys,
i have a Project, where I have two Tasks. One lasts one year and has a work duration of one full time equivalent(FTE), the other one 2 years but only need half FTE. Therefore one FTE would be enough to finish both tasks after two years. I want to enter into project for the first task 1 FTE over the full duration, and 50% FTE over two years. how can I make Project to automatically plan the FTE for 100% on the second task? Thank you
