Default Define task of 3hrs, to take place over 5 days for 6 resources

Hi,

Within my project, I have to detail in MS Project a task(meeting), that is 3 hrs long, but can occur anytime over a 5 day period, and is to be attended by 6 individuals all of whom are included in my linked Resoure Pool sheet.

What columns should I be using ie Actual Work, Duration etc..etc????

Also, I would like the Resource Usage sheet to show only 3 hr allocation against each of the attendees.

Any help greatly received.

Regards,
Iain......
