HI all,
I have set up a Master Project file with a series of sub project files linked into it. I also have a resource pool which my sub projects are linked too. I am looking to add our company-wide (and national holidays) to a Master Project file so show non-working time across all my sub-project. I have tried to add these holidays to my Master Project file via the Change Working Time/ Exceptions settings. However, this doesn't seem to work. Could someone explain how I can add these holidays to my Master file to allow me to see these as non-working time across my sub-projects? Thanks in advance Kind regards Barry ![]() |

The edits need to be made to the subproject files. The master project is not doing any scheduling - just displaying. But you can edit one calendar and then copy that to each other subproject.

You're welcome. I encourage you to create a custom calendar, copy it to your global.mpt file. Include it in any project templates you are creating.
