Hi,

Just had a quick look at your plan, the Phase 2 milestone wont move earlier because of the dependency on Phase 1 as well as the constraints that have been set. It works fine if you are pushing the date out in the plan.

This suggests that the dependency should be the other way round and that Phase 1 should be on a fs with Phase 2. Eg. Task 3 has a predecessor 7fs-10d.

In summary, I suggest that you remove the constraints and the amend the dependency to make Phase 1 dependent on Phase 2.
