Default Planned Against Actual MSP 2010

Is there any where I can show how many working days was planned within a period, say a month from the baseline, and show how many was actually completed from the percentage complete a month later on a update.

For example on the 01/02 can I show I had planned 100 man days work in the month, and come the 01/03 when the next update is completed and when the percentages are updated we have only achieved 75 man days work.

If this is possible can I split these into critical activities and non.
