Hi,
new-B here. i have a task that has 10 sub-tasks. i'm updating the progress for the month of November (previous month). I put that sub-task1 is 90% complete. Project automatically filled in the dates. (6 hours for 10 days lets say). however, no work was done on the 1st day....and instead, 12 hours was done on the second day. so, i went in "Resource usage" and put 0 for actual hours for the first day. (that changed my BCWP to go down as expected). i put in 12 for day 2, and my BCWP did NOT come back up to the original level!!! i have no idea why! please help. |
