hi all,
two images tell a thousands words ![]() first image: with Gantt(1) view i see my note (3) (Notizen) of the task (2) ![]() second image: With the view Ressources:Einsatz (1) of the same task (2) i cant see my "notes" (3?) any more ![]() is that a feature, a bug or my incompetence using the tool ? i appreciate any help thx! The Notes field that you are seeing in the Gantt chart is the Task Notes field. The notes you are seeing in the Resource Usage is the Resource notes field. Two separate fields with completely different contents. The task names you see in the Resource Usage view and actually assignments.

then i have a final question about the formating limits of that field. ![]() is there a way to see the note text field as it is shown in the textbox? thx again in advanced rdgs, Florian |

When you press enter in the Notes field it will truncate the text to the return in the table. Let the text wrap in the notes dialog.
