Arrow Move by Pixel

I'm looking to move a bunch of objects on a bunch of slides an exact amount.

Is there some way I can select a bunch of items then move them left by XXX pixels, or up by YYY pixels? This way I can consistently move every object across multiple slides.

(whether it is pixels, or cm, or inches, its all the same, as long as I can do the exact same to a bunch of objects on different slides).

Edit: adding more context:

I have a long animation sequence, spread out over multiple slides (12 or so). Each object animates perfectly on top of or from the position of the object in the slide before. It was painstaking work to line everything up but after much effort I got it down perfect.

I have recently expanded the width of the slides, and I now need to move every object to the left an exact amount.

I can't set an absolute position because if I select everything and use "right-click" and "Size and Position", then every individual object is lined up to the new absolute position.

I can't group every object together and set the absolute position of the group because then all my animations are wiped out.

I'm looking for a solution that will let me move every object, individually, by an exact unit (pixels, cm, inches, whatever). Or, a way to temporarily group all items w/o wiping out all animations. Any help would be appreciated.
