What I would do in a case like that, and since it is only 12 slides, is select (all together but without grouping) the objects that need to be moved on the first slide, use the left arrow key, count the key strokes, and apply the same amount of left arrow key strokes to the selected elements on the next slides.
It is important not to change the slide zoom level in between, since that affects the 'jumping distance' when using the arrow keys.
