Answers:
In 2010 videos are embedded by default but can be linked. If you really have 2007 as the title says all video is linked. ASSUMING 2010. Turn off the Progress bar by going to Slide Show tab - UNTICK "Show Media Controls" To Link - When you Insert Video - Use the down arrow in the Insert Box to choose "Link to File" To start automatically - Video Tools > PlayBack - Change START "OnClick" to "Automatically"
