I do believe this forum is monitored by moderators, however the technicians that reply are of great help.

To aid you in resolving your issue, please provide some additional information

- What error is Outlook 2010 reporting?
- Give an example of a folder you are attempting to create.
- Where are you creating these folder? Meaning under what primary folder / account.
- What type of email account are you suing? POP IMAP Exchange.
