Thank you for posting the screenshots. I understand your needs and can offer information on the first error message.
When you receive the error " Cannot Create folder: The server responded: Create mailbox already exists" normally means the folder you are creating exists. However, based off your screenshot Dan Zink is a persons name and should be allowed to be created as a folder.
Check your listing for contacts for this user to see if he is associated to a listing and remove it and try crating it again. Another solution is to try building the folder like this " Dan_Zink" see if this produces the same error.
The second error sounds like Outlook having issues. Try this command switch:
/resetfolders Restores missing folders for the default delivery location.
Outlook Command Line Switches may be used to clear errors within Outlook caused by personalization settings or corruption.
To run Outlook with a command line switch, use the following steps:
Windows XP:
- Click Start.
- Click Run.
- Enter the following in the Run dialog box (with quotations):
"c:\program files\microsoft office\office14\Outlook.exe" /Commandswitch
- Click OK.
Windows Vista/7:
- Click Start.
- Click All Programs.
- Click Accessories.
- Click Run.
- Enter the following in the Run dialog box (with quotations):
"c:\program files\microsoft office\office14\Outlook.exe" /Commandswitch
Note: For 32-bit versions of Outlook running on 64-bit Operating Systems, you will enter the following (with quotations):
"c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office14\Outlook.exe" /Commandswitch
- Click OK.
