Being new to this forum and noticing that many posts have zero replies to their requests for help, I am curious if this forum is monitored/read by any MS Outlook experts.

I do not know where else to turn to get an answer to my previous post, because I MUST be able to create new folders to store emails whenever I get a new customer. (please see my previous post)

Outlook 2010 is rejecting approx 50% of the new folders that I try to create. This was not a problem when I was using Outlook 2003 and I cannot believe that I am the only person with this problem in Outlook 2010.

If I'm not following customary protocol to get help here, please let me know.
