The reason you are getting duplicates is you have the .PST on a network that 2 clients are accessing. Since a POP3 pulls emails directly to your local default folders, there is no synchronization happening just 2 clients puling the same content to one location. Even if you renamed one of them and pulled your messages bot .PST files will contain the same data. There is no known setting to resolve this. Best Regards,
