![]() I have a Kodak ESP 9250 AIO, and I use Outlook 2003 as my email program. I want to scan a document to an email message. The Kodak software suggests this is do-able. After scanning, I selected E-mail using Default Program, and then the Open E-mail button, but then a Kodak message box told me the email has not been sent, and to make sure my e-mail client has been configured. How do I configure Outlook 2003? I can't find anything in Outlook menus nor in Kodak documentation to direct me. I contacted Kodak and they could only help if I were using Outlook Express. Can someone advise please. Have I missed a step somewhere? |

bmcmo,
Make sure Outlook client is using an email address, even if you are POPing gmail or hotmail. If you do not have an account configured in your Outlook then you will not be able to send or receive emails. If you do have an email account then try the followingWindows XP:
/checkclient Prompts to make Outlook the default application for email, news, and contacts. Hope this helps |
