moving incoming email from one account into a specific folder that I created. Both of the accounts have the same @whatever.com domain on the back of them. What rule do I have to create to get them to separate? I have tried doing this multiple times with different way to no avail. PLEASE HELP

This is resolved in Outlook 2010 where any account will have its own set of folders.
If outlook 2007 is not separating the two account, create a folder , with or without sub folders, and create client side rules to move incoming messages from the inbox to a specified folder. Another option is to set the accounts as an IMAP or exchange. These should create their own set of folders. Hope this helps |
