![]() I just upgraded computers and my Office products. For some reason when I open outlook I am left with 2 mailboxes for the same person. I did the same thing on two computers and they both started out that way but one combined the mailboxes and one left them seperate. I am also running exchange on a small network if that matters. So in one mail box I have all the email before the computer upgrade and in the other I have all the email post change. Any ideas? |

Are these 2 mailboxes configured to different addresses?
Check to see if each has a separate account within Outlook and may be configured as exchange the other may be set up as a POP or IMAP. Please keep us posted. |

It was an exchange account and not it is a POP account. I have to keep both listed inorder to pull in all my tasks and past emails. RIght now all my email is from POP. I have that as my default. I have two computers set up the exact same way. One combined both email boxes and the other computer is leaving them seperate.

To aid further, are the two accounts, on the PC with the one inbox, using the same E-mail address?
When you check the account settings, chekc to see if both accounts go to the same folder. If so desginate a seprate folder for one of the accounts. Hope this helps. |
