In outlook I will receive an email mesg... say from Dice.com... with a link for a job.

I may have 8 or more Internet Explorer windows open at the time.

I often forget this issue happens and I click a link: Then anywhere from 5 to all 8 of the 8 IE windows begins loading a new tab with the requested job link.

What an annoyance! I am clicking the link only once. What is the problem?

Note: Sometimes 2 tabs open on one IE Window.... (oddly) It just goes hog wild. No order, or reason.
