I can't figure out how to run a marcos from outlook. I can write the code but when I click run there isn't any marcos listed. WTH am I doing wrong?

What is the code you have written and where have you stored it.

I wrote the code and placed it both in the current instant module and a new module. I can successful save the module and return to it whenever I want by simply hit alt f11 while in Ms Outlook.

If the module is present and contains the macros and they won't run, the problem is most likely a security issue. Outlook is more tied down than the other apps, probably because of its connection to the outside world. You may have to create a self certificate - see

Thanks for the feedback. My IT guys would not like that so I guess I will just have to do this manually.
