Hello,
I cannot somehow export contacts from excel 2013 to Outlook 2013. 1) I have done everything 2) Clearly identify my fields on each columns 3)Save my sheet as a Text delimited 4) Use it as a CSV Where I have trouble is that Outlook does not somehow recognize my field and finds other field. To have a better understanding here is a screenshoot of my problem. Thanks for your help and pretty desperate! |

You need to save your worksheet as CSV(Comma Delimited) to create a comma delimited file, which should look like
PROP_ID,OWNER,E-MAIL,ADDR_LINE1,ADDR_CITY,ADDR_STATE,ADDR_ZIP,LEGA L_DESC,ACRES,VALUE 174644,Acord Charles,,,Anytown,XY,15948,Abst 1088 T S Fitch Svy 281.1 Tr 2,7.11,"$3,555.00" 157357,Acosta John A,,P O Box 509,Sometown,XY,45612,Yahoo Oaks Ranch Blk 1 Lt 15,1.51,$755.00

Once again Microsoft missed the point ! In earlier versions up to 2010, it was easy to import data into Outlook. They had a perfect wizard to do the job. Now (and God only knows why but I'm not sure He does
![]() Then and only then will it work properly. Why did Microsoft forsake that wizard ? |
