Hi,
I am new to this forum, so I will like to say a BIG hello to you all. I was looking for a solution to an outlook issue I am facing that brought me to this forum. I am glad I found you. The issue is, one of my remote workers was working from home on a shared laptop. She logged in under her own profile and sent an email from outlook 2013 to Mr. A, when Mr. A received the email, the sender was the other shared user, in other words, the email appeared to have come from the other user who was not logged on and did not send the email. We are using Exchange 2013 I am trying to find out what possibly happened? any help please? Biggjoe81 |
