True I can manually enter my lost reminders, just hoping there was some way to extract them - no worries.
I tried SP2 but got a message saying it would not help.
I'm not sure what I did wrong to cause these problems, especially since it is brand new PC with Win10 and 64-bit (never had 64-bit before) and all I did was install Office, and transfer over files and install Trend Micro. It is a pity I can't ever use Office Repair or Uninstall, but as you say neither are particularly effect.
