Did you setup your accounts as POP? IMAP and Exchange accounts as far as I am aware cannot share folders, for the main reason that the files are stored on the server and not locally.

Thanks it worked.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2010, then -Outlook / File / Email-Accounts /New -Then I selected “Manual configure server settings” not default “Email account” and it worked using POP3. I also googled and found out how to export/import Address Book. Many thanks again. |

Sorry, but 2 new problems...
When I run outlook now, only 1 Reminder of 12 saved reminders appears... but new reminders come through. -I googled and found "outlook.exe /cleanreminders" but that did not work -I tried Repair Office 2010, but "error 1303. setup cannot access the folder c:\program files..." -I googled and found a MS recommendation, something to do with subinasl.exe. -When I try to run Office Repair, no error message now, but nothing happens at all. ie no repair done, just back to Control Panel screen. So 2 problems ie only 1 saved reminder in Outlook, and Office Repair doesn't do anything. Any suggestions? |
