I bought new 64-bit PC, Windows 10 Home, and transferred over outlook.pst (size 1.4GB) from my old 32-bit PC.
I installed Outlook 2010, and imported pst. I selected “do not import duplicates” (seems obvious), but then I had to select "Import items to current folder" or "same folder in my email address". I chose latter, because I want my emails copied over into same folders, especially Inbox ie the same Inbox where new emails come in, not the one under "Personal Folders" or "Outlook Data File" where new emails aren't downloaded. When I tried, I got an error saying: The items in the "top of personal folders" cannot be imported or exported... Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. |
