Dear all,
Currently my job requires me to send quotations out to 100+ customers per month. The traditional way of sending the emails 1 by 1 is time-consuming, which brings me to my questions. Is it possible to send a similar email to different customers at once. Start of email To: peter@abc.com; alex@abc.com; mary@abc.com CC: ann, shirley, john. Subject: Quotation Nov - Customer's Company Name BODY Customer's Company Name Dear Peter, Alex, Mary The quotation for this month as follows Blah Blah Blah so and so. END OF BODY End of email The above email needs to be sent with attachedments as well. The above is an example of the email i need to send. The words in Italic and Blue color are the wordings that needs to be changed with every email. Hope someone can advise and thanks in advance. |

That's what mailmerge is for. Both Outlook and Word have tools for that. On the Word front, you might be interested in the Many-to-One Mail Merge add-in from Doug Robbins at http://bit.ly/1hduSCB
In addition to a 'Many to One' merge, the addin handles: • Merge with Charts • Duplex Merge • Merge with FormFields • Merge with Attachments • Merge to Individual Documents • Merge, Print and Staple
