Hi All
We have a small company, and everyone has a company email address. Now when I sent everyone emails(to their company email addresses) from Outlook, they do not receive it, even though Outlook says that is has been sent. All of the recipients have checked their spam folders as well, but it is not there either. What can the problem be? The recipients use Outlook, gmail mostly as POP3 accounts. Thank You |

Is there anything in your SMTP queue on the server? Have you checked to see if you are listed in any of the spam databases? Have you tested sending an email to your own yahoo/gmail/hotmail accounts?
