Unable to send message while receiving incoming mails
I'm currently using MS office 2013. Every time I open my outlook, It needs to receive first all the incoming emails before I can send new messages. This was never happened in my outlook 2007 before.
Is there anyone familiar with this problem? Thank you in advance.
