i would like to group all the incoming Emil sinto 2 search groups folders ( in outlook 2010 )

first search folder is for all emails that are coming from my company domain
second search folder is for emails that are coming from any other addresses

note : i need this in search folders not into a physical subfolder under the inbox

This is an interesting request since search folders parameters only include:

- Mail from and to specific people
- Mail from specific people

In the Choose section you can only select entrees found in your Global Address list or available contacts. You will also need to select the account the messages are being received by.

I would select Custom Search Folder and see if you can filter emails based on domain .
