I use Outlook 2007.
Often, but not always, diacritics (like é, à, ç) are completely removed from incoming e-mails. French words like "été" or "déjà" turn into "t" or "dj" and a word like "à" disappears completely, making for difficult reading and understanding of such mails. I have not been able to find a setting that can remove this problem. Thanks for any help Ronald Last edited by rvriet; 04-07-2011 at 04:42 AM. Reason: clearer desription of problem |
