We are on an Exchange 2010 environment and using Outlook 2007 as the client application.
I have a user that has been granted Delegate rights access to the mailboxes of several executives. She has also been granted the right to view the Private Items of these executives within their calendars.\ Within the past month, she has lost the rights to view the private items of one specific executive, however she is still able to view all private items from the other executives we support. I have gone into the executive email account and removed her delegated access and then re-added her. This has not corrected the issue and she is still unable to view the content of the private appointments. Both the executive and the assistant are using Outlook 2007 SP3. There have not been any changes within the environment related to an update to the server or client applications. Since she has not lost these rights to all of the executives that she supports, I can only assume that there was some change made to the one executive that she is having issues with, but I am unable to isolate the cause of this issue. Any and all assistance would be helpful as this has been on-going for over a month now. Thank you |

Hi,
Can you create new Outlook profiles for each of them? Perhaps starting with the assistant, then testing access, then doing the executives. |
