Hi all,



A couple of my users have reported to me that there Outlook 2007 new emails some of them have gone straight into there deleted items folder.

They don't have add-ins installed, no rules to delete new emails. We are using Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition.

Any help is much appreciated.

The AutomateProcessing flag could be set incorrectly it is more than likely set to Autoaccept. Try running the following command in the shell:

get-mailboxcalendarsettings "domain/ou/user" | fl

set-mailboxcalendarsettings "doman/ou/user"
-automateprocessing: Autoupdate
