I have created a rule in my Outlook that when the sender is placed in the from list, they will automatically receive a return email that their address has been permanently blocked. I have to go about getting them there in this procedure. Let me say first that their email is in my junk folder to start with.
I click on the email. Right click on the heading with their email address Click Outlook Properties Copy their email address Click on my rules and alerts Click on "apply this rule after message arrives" Paste their address in the "from" box Is there any way I can do this in a quicker fashion? Maybe one or two steps? Thanks |
