I get 2 newletters from the same company, they come from the same email address, but with different names
Letter1 <email@somewhere.com> and Letter2 <email@somewhere.com> I want to set up rules to direct each to a different folder. I have tried using "with specific words in the sender's address" and "from people or public group". Neither seems to work. What is the correct way, if any, to handle this situation. I am using Office 2010 on Windows7 x64. Thanks, Dave |

Is the subject line the same? If they are different, have you tried using the 'subject contains' section in the create rule box?

Unfortunately, the subject lines vary from newsletter to newsletter. But thanks for the suggestion.
