Hi
We have multiple email accounts coming in on our ms outlook. I have a rule set up that when emails arrive for one of the accounts they move them to certain folder. for some reason the folder is not showing any of the emails. When we click on it it is saying there are not items in this folder even though there are hundreds of old emails (it says down the bottom that the folder has 554 items) as well as next to the folder name there is a number in brackets representing the new emails coming in. I haved sent test emails to the folder and if I have it open when they arrive I can see them but as soon as I click off it and then go back to it I can no longer view them. If anyone can shed any light on this that would be great. Cheers Jodi |
