Interesting question. To clarify, are you trying to send a single email to multiple recipients? If this is your questions, simply perform the same steps and in the "To" field choose either each user individually, a contact group containing all of these recipients or a distribution list.
If you are wanting to send multiple emails, Outlook does not have any easy way to perform this. You can individually save each message as an attachment then save them onto your desktop.. Another way to manipulate Outlook is to select each message and choose forward special > as attachment. NOTE: You may encounter attachment file size limits. Hope this helps. |
