I have 3 Microsoft email accounts setup in Outlook 2013. These accounts use Exchange ActiveSync. When I start Outlook, they all appear in the status bar as "Disconnected". To get connected, I select the "Send/Receive" tab in Outlook and click the "Send/Receive All Folders" button. At that point the folders are updated and the status is "Connected".
Why is Outlook having a problem connecting to these accounts on start up? I have 2 gmail accounts setup in Outlook and I don't have any problems with these email accounts. I have disabled all add-ins as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |
