I bought a netbook (2gb memory, 250gb hard drive) and am trying to install Office 2010, which I bought at the same time. I was able to retrieve my key, but every time I try to start the download (per the instructions on the pin/key card), about 5-10 minutes in, I get the error: "Unable to download OfficeSetup.exe from posa.vo.msecnd.net. The operation timed out." On another forum, it suggested removing any third party installers (which this had - a Best Buy Installer). I did this, and it seemed to help a little - got farther in the download process, but still wound up timing out. Suggestions?
