Hi All,
I have an excel sheet with some details. I have used mail merge many times. Now this time i need to use mail merge to send email to an employee and his manager, respectively, n the same email.(not in CC) How do I combine two or more email addresses? |

An email mailmerge can only send to a single recipient and cannot do CCs. However, an email mailmerge can send to a group. Hence, if you create groups in your email application for each of the sets of recipients you want to send to, you can specify the group names in your data source.

I want to send an email asking for some information to 300 people copying their respective managers using Mail Merge. Will it be possible? |

In that case, you'd need to create 300 groups. Better to send 600 emails, IMHO.
Either that or give up on mailmerge and use Outlook automation instead.
