Send To several backups on different disks at same time
Hi there. I wondered if anyone could suggest a simple way to send a Word file to several backups at the same time. At the present time (using Windows 7 64 bit and Word 2007) when I create or amend a Word document I am required to back it up to four drives - one on the same PC and three to external hard drives. This means finding the file then right click 'send to' four separate times which is of course time consuming during the working day.
