Use a SectionPages field instead of NumPages field.

Or, if the letter will always be two pages, use a different first-page header. Just use the number 2 for the second page's header rather than a field.

Thanks, I will try that code instead. The letters/docs can be between 2 pages and 50 - so much fun when things go awry. :-) Any ideas on the numbered lists in the letters/docs? How to kill that "continue from previous" code.
