![]() Can someone help me? I have a letter document template which contains 4 separate Numbered Lists each one with a Heading. There is also VBA coding in the background which is run when the user opens the letter as a document. The VBA code provides a window with radio buttons - each radio button relates to one of the numbered paragraphs in the template and will pull in the relevant numbered paragraph only - This works perfectly however when the paragraph is pulled in I keep getting a 1. popping up at the end of the paragraph and/or at the beginning i.e. 1. 2. 3. 1. I think it is something to do with the hard returns so have tried changing them to soft returns however when I do this it moves the next heading so that it is indented like the bulletted list above, is there any way of adding a soft return without affecting the following paragraph and not having to add a hard return?? Any help would be really appreciated I am at the end of my tether!!!! |

It's probably easier to look at the document, create a new document from the template to replicate the problem and upload it. It is probably a formatting issue.

It would help to see the code that is being used.
