Default How to decide footnote LINE location???

Hi all,

I'm using a template that I love for Word 2007, the only problem is that it places the LINE above footnotes way too high up on the page.

HOW CAN I DECIDE THE LOCATION OF THE FOOTNOTE LINE???

Anyone?

Please see the LAST page in the attached file.

REALLY appreciate good advice!!

Thanks,
ronhatl
