Why not use the AutoCorrect option.
I selected my text, used the AutoCorrect option and gave it the name greekman. The next time I typed greekman and pressed the space bar it put in πІЋИЛЭЮΉΊΌΏΒΕΗΘ for me. For convenience you could put the AutoCorrect option on the QAT bar. Just a thought.
