![]() I'm using word 2010/sort/options 'separate fields by' semicolon where semicolon is my choice rather than the default cooma or tab. My sort of a big table seems to foul up partly because the machine is overwhelmed. But also because some of the cells in the 400 by 5 table have e.g. 'Field 2' badly defined because I've misplaced the semicolons or have none in the cell. WOuld be easier to troublshoot is system would eg highlight all the 'field 2' it identifies. Any clues, please? |
