How to sort the styles alphabetically?
How to sort the styles alphabetically?
Please, see the attached image that shows my question It really takes time each time we need to assign of the styles for a paragraph!!!! They are not sorted alphabetically! How to sort the styles alphabetically? Thank you Regards Jamal

Hi Jamal,
On the Styles Pane (which you already have displayed), click on 'Options', then 'Select how list is sorted' then choose 'Aplhabetical'.
