Hi Estuardo,
For the chapter that spans multiple Sections, you can use 'continue from previous' numbering for the 'X' part of the 'X of Y' numbering for the 2nd & subsequent Sections in that chapter. However, for the 'Y' part, you'll need to sum the number of pages for those Sections and insert it manually (there are field coding techniques to work around this, but they're a bother to implement). Note also that, when you change page orientation, Word also changes where the page #s go. If you want to keep them in the same physical location, you'll need to put the numbering for the landscape portion(s) into a (borderless) textbox or frame.
